Delivery on all specials orders is approximately 12 weeks.  For an additional cost rush orders are available.

Deposits are required at time of placing orders (see ordering page for deposit amounts).

All deposits are non-refundable.

Orders can not be cancelled.

Remaining balance of orders must be paid in full within 15 days of arrival, or the garment becomes the property of The Gown Gallery and the deposit is not refunded.

All gowns must be tried on and inspected by customer at the time of pick-up to ensure quality satisfaction.

The Gown Gallery is not responsible for gowns once they have left the store.

All sales are final…..no refunds…..no returns

SIZES - each designer offers there own size charts.

The Gown Gallery measures bust, waist and hips to find the closest size compared to the chart.

Alterations are required after your gown arrives.

Alterations are not the responsibility of The Gown Gallery, although we do offer a referral to a highly qualified seamstress.

Plus size, extra length, and extra material are an additional cost.

DYE LOTS - Fabric for bridesmaid dresses are dyed by the rolls.  Therefore all group orders must be accumulated at The Gown Gallery and placed after all girls are sized to ensure colour dye lots are the same.
